/Where it started
A club that knows your name
Goodwin Strength & Stretch opened on Pennington Drive with a simple refusal: no crowded floors, no anonymous memberships, no one-size programming.
Jay Goodwin, a TPI Level 3 golf fitness coach with a master's in kinesiology, and Heather Goodwin built a semi-private club where coaching comes first: personal training, assisted stretch therapy, golf fitness, athletic performance, and recovery amenities most gyms charge extra for. Memberships are deliberately limited, and access runs 24 hours by keyless entry.
/Why West
The idea filled the room
A club built on limited memberships eventually meets its own success. GSS West is the answer: a second Bluffton location with more room to train. It's built on everything the first club proved, without loosening the standard that made it work.
The build is underway now, documented as it happens. Follow along on Instagram, or join the founding list to get every reveal first: the address, the equipment lineup, the amenity list, and founding membership pricing.
