Our Original Location is Goodwin Strength & Stretch, open now at 48 Pennington Dr, Ste A in Bluffton. It's owned and run by Jay and Heather Goodwin, and it's the club everything about GSS West is built from.
GSS West is not replacing this location. It's a second room, built by the same owners, so more of Bluffton can train inside the same coaching model: personal training, assisted stretch therapy, golf fitness, athletic performance, prenatal and postpartum programming, and nutrition coaching, all backed by a semi-private, 24-hour keyless membership.
Every part of what makes this club work, the coaching, the amenities, the five-star standard, carries forward into the West build. Members of either location train under the same philosophy, just with more room to do it.
