/What a session involves
Guided stretching, not guesswork
Assisted stretch therapy is practitioner-guided passive stretching, done for mobility, imbalance correction, and recovery. It's not massage, and it's not physical therapy.
A practitioner moves you through a series of stretches, applying gentle assistance you can't get on your own. Sessions are built around where you're tight or restricted, not a fixed routine.
GSS provides fitness and mobility services, not medical treatment. Stretch therapy supports training and recovery; it isn't a substitute for care from a physician or physical therapist.
